esponsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Write and post job advertisements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment
